You can organize your browser bookmarks, or favorites, into folders. You can even copy your favorites from one computer to another.
It's very comforting to change computers, fire up the browser, and have the same favorites.
It's possible to use a common folder structure for your hard drive, your email, your favorites, and your start menu. Talk about personal computing!
You might, for example have:
MOVIES
MOVIES / COMEDY
MOVIES / STARS
VOLUNTEER WORK
VOLUNTEER WORK / PTA
VOLUNTEER WORK / GARDEN
VOLUNTEER WORK / GHSTBC
You could make a folder in your favorites for MOVIES, and VOLUNTEER WORK, and then make the sub folders under that for whatever details you had in mind.
However you choose to organize yourself, do it your way, and be consistent.
Come to the RootsWorks Discussion Board, go to the ROOTSWORKS GENERAL COMPUTING category, and talk about your preferred organization tips.
